朱宗賢老師於2010年在國立清華大學資訊工程所取得博士。在攻讀博士學位前,於宏碁電腦 BIOS Kernel Team (現隸屬緯創資通) 從事軟體研發工作,共計四年五個月,擁有一項 BIOS 相關發明專利,並已產品化。攻讀博士期間,曾受國科會千里馬計畫補助,於美國 Purdue University 進行短期研究訪問。

於2010年8月至2015年7月於國立雲林科技大學資工系擔任助理教授。朱宗賢老師具備嵌入式系統軟體理論與業界實務經驗,指導學生參國內外競賽獲獎數次,並曾榮獲「科技部大專校院獎勵特殊優秀人才」,「雲林科技大學研發績優新人獎」,「雲林科技大學教學傑出獎」與「雲林科技大學雲鐸獎」。歡迎對智慧型手機軟體設計功能測試系統效能分析智慧防災系統設計與應用、‬前瞻數位學習科技發展有興趣的同學加入
